First, everyone who works there is incredibly professional and extremely helpful. The employees make you feel comfortable the entire visit. The medical staff are knowledgeable and experienced and the front office is warm and welcoming. This office is also very clean, which is important to any medical office. A special shout-out to Jessica, who makes the entire process seamless. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly professional in every aspect of care. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was fully informed every step of the way. The results exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt I was in capable hands throughout every experience. I highly recommend this office.

Jessica is incredible! She’s so kind, patient, and skilled. I always feel like I’m treated with the utmost care, and my results for Tri-Beam have FAR exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend Jessica, or the Tri-Beam laser (for dark spots from skin damage and melasma) enough. I wish I found her years ago. If you want treatment to improve your skin, don’t wait!!!

Chernoff Cosmetic Surgery is singular in its services! I came here on a recommendation from a friend whose skin always looks flawless-there is no better advertisement, right? But I wanted to see for myself because customer service, product knowledge, and pricing can all be a factor. Well, I am here to tell you all that Chernoff Cosmetic Surgery checks all of the boxes! I scheduled a consultation, and upon arrival was greeted by warm, friendly staff who ready for my arrival. The Chernoff Cosmetic Surgery office is conveniently located for me, well-lit and welcoming. Jessica is the RN who consulted me and who I continue to see for all my services (though everyone has been very friendly and professional-I usually just stick one person). I went in to get options on neurotoxins, but of course had questions about other services. Jessica's level of professionalism is top-level; no matter what the product or procedure, she tells me what I might expect, potential benefits and limitations, down-time, product pricing, and comparable products. She is a great listener and is able to provide recommendations based on the long-term goals we discussed the on my first visit!! Beyond neurotoxins, I also began getting INTRAcel RF Microneedling which has shown great results. I am regaining younger looking skin with improved texture which was my main goal. In addition, Chernoff Surgery Center has a great variety of reasonably priced skincare products depending on your need before or after treatment. I personally love the elta MD Skin Recovery Amino Acid Foaming Cleanser which helps bring my skin to full GLOW after my Microneedling sessions. I hope it is clear to anyone considering a little beauty treatment or self-care that I cannot say enough about Chernoff Surgery Center, Jessica, and the other professionals who work there-they get 10s across the board from me!
Update: it’s been many years, and this is still my favorite place to go to look my best🩷 Everyone is always professional and friendly. Love this place. I have been coming here for a while and everyone is super nice. Karen is amazing!

I highly recommend Dr. Chernoff’s office! I was looking for a place closer to home (was going to Marin) for Botox and other treatments. Jessica has a beautiful light hand and great eye. Much better results than where I was going before. I had SEVERAL questions before exploring a couple other treatments and Jessica was gracious in answering all of them and making me feel comfortable in deciding a plan. I still look like me and I can’t thank her enough! Also the front desk is warm and welcoming which is important in this business when your face might look a little…funny let’s say…after treatment 😉

The staff shows caring and compassion as soon as you walk in the door. Environment is pleasant and I’ve never had to wait long to be seen. Shandell really knows procedures and esthetics and goes above and beyond to make one feel comfortable and formulate a personal plan based on the individuals preferences.
