What Is Belotero Balance?
Belotero Balance is an injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler designed to integrate into a patient’s facial skin tissue. How is Belotero Balance Injected?
During a treatment session, Belotero Balance is injected beneath the skin using a fine needle. A topical numbing cream can be applied prior to the injections to minimize any discomfort. Ice and pressure are applied to the treatment site after the injection to further reduce any chance of bruising at the injection site. Treatment session lengths vary; the length of a treatment session depends on the number of areas being treated.*
There is little or no downtime associated with Belotero Balance injections, most patients are able to directly return to normal activities. You may experience some minor swelling at the injection site; the swelling usually subsides within one to two hours following the treatment. Other potential side effects can include temporary redness, swelling, or bruising.*
