The One Dr I Trust with my Face - Santa Rosa/Indianapolis, IN I am 54 yrs young. I had a total face rejuvenation including a brow lift, upper and lower lids, face lift, neck lift and chin implant and DOT laser resurfacing 18 months ago. I am super happy with the natural results. Dr Chernoff refreshed my tired look and took ten years off. The elasticity of my skin is fair due to aging and a lifetime living on the sea and in the sun. As the facial rejuvenation has settled in there were a few areas I felt could use some added volume. I was undergoing a lipo procedure with Dr Chernoff and he suggested that the fat harvested during lipo could be used for FT to voluminize the areas I was concerned about. To be honest I had not researched the subject, nor considered a FT. The fat harvested during the lip procedure was reserved and I made up mind to proceed as suggested. The procedure was performed in office. Dr Chernoff gave me another ten years, it is amazing what a difference the FT has made. His meticulous and judicious application of just the right amount of fat in various places on my face has refreshed the whole look. The pain during the numbing and FT was totally bearable, the swelling was minor and no bruising to speak of. The effect is smooth. I am 3 days post FT and all is well. After the FT settles and builds its new blood supply; in about 6 months we will meet up and assess where further FT is desired and maybe one more time after that. I like that it is my own fat and not some chemical composition and at the results will be long lasting. Dr Chernoff is an artist at his craft, is willing to advise against a requested procedure and be honest about expected outcomes.
52yo Male Wants Spare Tire Gone. 1 Day Post Op - Indianapolis, IN I have always had a spare tire around my middle. In cosmetic surgery they call this abs and flanks. I especially did not like when I put on a little extra weight my belly would come right over my pants making an unsightly bulge. I had upper and lower abs and flanks removed with tumescent lipo by Dr Chernoff in Chernoff Cosmetic Surgery Indianapolis. Between my wife and I this was our fourth procedure with Dr Chernoff. Of course before we signed on we checked all the other options. Turkey, Poland, Tieland etc. In the end we went for the surgeon we trusted. Much of that was from reading on this site all the reviews saying the real art is in the surgeon's hands and not the machine used. So far on day one it looks great. For our next surgery we plan to go straight back to Dr Chernoff. We ended up being put under general anesthesia. I was a little worried about that, but in the end it was great. We got a small IV shot and woke up in the recovery room all thin and lighter. I ended up having 7.5lbs removed and my wife had 8lbs removed. We did not have a lot of fat to begin with so we should be double thin and fit after our full recovery. The only issue I have had is continual hiccups since waking up. That is about 36hrs now. I have tried all the normal stuff like drinking water upside down, and breathing into a paper bag and a spoon full of sugar and holding my breath and pulling on my toung but I still have the hiccups. Any ideas out there? Now in day three post lipo. The little pain there was is pretty much all gone. Totally up and around. Dr says I can start easy workouts again. Feeling really lucky at this point. The hiccups stopped in the middle of day two and have not been back either. I did not expect this to be so easy, but things might change. For now I am counting my lucky stars and waiting for the swelling to go down some more to see how this is all going to look.
Rejuvented Eyes - Indianapolis, IN My upper eyelids drooped and the left one more so than the right, due to a childhood accident. I looked tired all the time. Dr. Chernoff and his staff were so calming and professional. I am so glad I did this procedure. I would recommend Dr. Chernoff to anyone. His facial surgery results are unmatched. 64 Years of Age. Indianapolis, IN February 7, 2015 I wish to express my gratitude for the surgical skills and aesthetic vision Dr. Chernoff brought to my Laser Blepharoplasty, Endoscopic Browlift and Rhytudectomy Revision performed on January 12, 2015 at the Surgery Center of Carmel. Previously I had a Life Style Lift performed on March 6th, 2014 by a Medical Doctor and I was not happy with the results. Dr. Chernoff graciously offered to bring his skills to bear in correcting the former surgery. Although the healing process is not complete and I am still scheduled for DOT Laser Face and Vascular Laser with Dr. Chernoff, It is already apparent the marvelous difference he has made to my appearance and the change it has brought to my life. I am also grateful to all the office staff for their support and assistance. Julie Leonetti (R. N.) was so polite and attentive to my follow up care and Dr. Chernoff is lucky to have such a dedicated person on staff. Dr. Chernoff and Julie Leonetti made me feel very comfortable about the procedures, explaining what to expect and answered any questions I posed to them. The office staff was very helpful with any of my requests or needs and were always polite and courteous. IPL Photofacial Treatment 1 of Perhaps 5 Treatments. Santa Rosa, CA Hi! I chose Dr. Chernoff & Associates, in Santa Rosa after doing some local research. I have wanted to do an IPL for a while after reading some of the reviews on this site, so I scheduled my appointment. It was a beautiful building located in Downtown Santa Rosa near a wonderful neighborhood I would just love to someday live in! My nurses' name was Eve. The office itself is very clean, stylish, inviting with flat screen televisions (about 4), and comforting music. I was taken to one of the offices in the back and cool gel was applied to my face. The entire procedure took about 20min and I was out the door. Both Eve and Misty (front office) were super nice and made me feel really comfortable. I was a little apprehensive due to some other reviews I had read earlier,so I expressed my concern and they actually gave me my first treatment for free as a complimentary. I applied this to my second treatment which is scheduled for 1/16/14!!!! Will post pics soon:)
62 Years with Traditional 11s and Other Lines on Face - Indianapolis, IN I can not speak highly enough about Dr Chernoff and his staff.....especially Julie. The entire staff is very courteous and extremely helpful to their patients. Dr Chernoff himself came in and introduced himself to me (and I was not even scheduled to see him for my Botox injections). Julie Leonetti is the RN/clinical Nurse Supervisor that gives the Botox injections. Julie discusses the areas Botox would be most beneficial to you and then asks you to return a week later to see that the areas injected are meeting her expectations as well as the patient's, and if at that time additional injections need to be given there is no additional charge. The entire office and staff are wonderful! I will certainly use Dr Chernoff for any additional procedures I may want/need in the future.
I Am 51 Years Young. - Indianapolis, IN I have trusted Dr. Chernoff for more than 15 years with most all of my cosmetic procedures and would not go to another Dr. ,unless he retires. His staff is very informative and caring. He has excellent bed side manner, and truly cares about his patients. He keeps me looking very young. I have Botox a couple times a year. I have had Restlin as well, He has given me an eye lift that has made a big difference in my apperance. I have had numerous Peels and facials over the years with great success. My last procedure was Lipo with a fat transfer to my butt. Wow is all I can say. I am so happy with the results. I had struggled with my weight for many years as I go closer my 50s I began to really shed the weight by working out and healthy eating. There was just that 25 pounds that was in areas that I could in no way build the muscle. I felt that I had to settle with how my body was and just live with it. NO NO NO After talking with Dr. Gregory Chernoff and his staff they helped me to understand what I was doing wrong and how to correct those ugly areas . I had Lipo done. No it did not get rid of 25 pounds of fat and no it is not a weight loss fix, but it kick started my body to get in even better shape. Since the procedure almost three years ago I have went from a size 12 to a size 6 I wasn't looking for a quick fix but a long term transformation and that is exactly what I have gotten.
64 Years Old; Retired Teacher Who Looked As Though She Had Graded Too Many Essays During Her Career 🙂 - Indianapolis, IN I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Chernoff, primarily out of curiosity to see if I would be a good candidate for an eye lift. He was very easy to talk to, and I felt no pressure to make a quick decision on any procedure. Generally, I was comfortable "in my own skin" and didn't care to imitate the look of someone else. (We've all seen the frightful "before" and "after" looks of some of the rich and famous.) He promised only that I would look rested and refreshed. He absolutely delivered on that promise, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
My Review - Indianapolis, IN My motivation for my procedure was that at 49 I wanted to freshen my look and also get rid of some sagging skin. Dr. Chernoff was the only person I considered for this procedure due to his reputation with friends of mine who had used him before. He and his staff were excellent from start to finish (including the post procedure care). Dr Chernoff was super knowledgeable about all the procedures and it made me feel more comfortable as a result. Julie also was very good and had a great way about her and a great personality. The only comment I would make that is negative is when I met with Dr Chernoff pre- procedure he could have asked me more about what my specific goals and end result I was anticipating. 3 months post-procedure and I am feeling good about my decision for the most part. Great job and great people.
Dr. Gregory Chernoff is a Great Surgeon! - Indianapolis, IN I'm an active 69 year old man with youthful interests and activities. I was tired of seeing an old face in the mirror with turkey neck , jowls, etc. and of people treating me like an old person. It was about both looking better and younger. Dr. Chernoff did a great job of both the surgery and the post-op. treatment.
