Patient age: 52 Procedure: Malar Festoons with Morpheus8 + lower lid Bleph + Brow Lift. This patient was concerned about the puffiness under their eyes, stating that it never goes away, even when they're well rested. To treat malar festoons, Dr. Chernoff uses the Morpheus8 device, which is a minimally invasive radiofrequency (RF) microneedling treatment designed to remodel skin and underlying tissue. This patient had a separation of the lower fat pad under the eyelid, which required a lower blepharoplasty to reduce under-eye bags and improve the contour between the lower eyelid and upper cheek.
