What to Expect at Your Peel Appointment

At the time of your consultation, your provider will review your skin care needs to determine what VI Peel will give you the best results. Once your provider has determined your skin goals, one of our three VI Peel chemical peel formulas will be applied to the skin.

This painless application included sweeping strokes of a liquid formula with the use of gauze, with time in between each layer of the product to absorb. Once the product is applied, you might look flushed or even a little tan. Patients often say they already look like they are glowing!

Your provider will supply you with a take-home kit with specific post-treatment instructions and skincare products to ensure the best VI Peel experience and results. Your skin will start to flake by day 2 and begin to peel by day 3-5. By day 6, the peeling will start to subside and by day 7, most patients have stopped peeling completely, and fresh, glowing skin is revealed!
